How to review budget utilization
Open Budget and select the relevant record. Compare allocation, committed activity, actual spend, available amount, effective dates, and status. Investigate transactions assigned to the wrong budget, missing activity, and spending outside the approved period. A dashboard utilization percentage is a summary; use the budget record and supporting transactions for decisions.
