Employee reimbursement policy
Reimbursement applies only to eligible business costs personally paid by an authorized claimant. Claims require proof of payment, a valid receipt, business purpose, and timely submission. The same expense must not be submitted through reimbursement, cash retirement, expense payment, or supplier payment more than once. Approval and payout must remain traceable to the original claim.
