Audience: Requesters and card administrators
Cards let you spend against company funds directly. Employees request a card; they are issued and activated by your organisation.
Requesting a card
Go to Expenses → Cards.
Select Request a Card, or Create Card Request.
Complete the form and submit it.
Tracking your request
The Cards page has an Overview tab for your cards and an Action Required tab for anything waiting on you. Until a card has been issued and activated, the page shows no transactions — the message reads that no issued cards are available yet.
After a card is issued
Once your card is active, Transaction History lists spending against it.
Complete the card-request form
Open Expenses → Cards and select Request a Card or Create Card Request . Enter the physical-card delivery address. Select the country, state, and city. Enter the postal code when applicable and add any delivery notes. Review the delivery details and submit the request.
The Cards page does not show transactions until the card has been issued and activated. Track the request from Overview or Action Required, and contact an administrator if the Create Card Request action is missing.
Need help? If the page, field, or action is missing, confirm the active organisation and ask an administrator to check your role and permissions. Quote the record reference when contacting support.
